More Origami?

Tue May 19, 2009, 8:18 PM
  • Watching: hermit crabs in a tank on my desk
  • Playing: nooothingffffffFFFFFF!!! D:< Oh the boredom!
  • Drinking: Coffee
I was a bit surprised to see 100 hits in 1 day for the origami dragon tutorial. Origami is not something I've shared much here, but I used to do it to the point where I left it everywhere I went. I started it as a kid when my entire right arm was in a cast (want to waste hours of a kid's time? Make 'em do a well-formed bird base one-handed ) and kept it up for years, but at some point I stopped doing much of it. Now that I'm back into a situation where drawing is a bit painful on the arm, folding has starting to be appealing again. I can't make polls (at least I don't think I can?), so I'll just have to ask the question here.

Should I...

- Make more tutorials for my other designs? If so, should I do them as photo walkthroughs to get them up quickly, or do them better but slower in a drafting program?

- Stop this crazy talk and get back to doing science cartoons even if I have to hold the pencil with my teeth?

Ok that last one wasn't serious, but I would like to know about the origami tutorials. Of course, none of my own designs are super-complicated (certainly no cuckoo clocks ala R.J. Lang in my repetoir lol).
